We are an Estate Agent in Northolt Village which lies within half a mile of the A40, making this local an obvious choice for car using commuters. Northolt Central Line Tube station is sited conveniently on the A312 Church Road along which are several bus routes including the 140 bus to Heathrow Airport. The village itself is quaint, and includes local shops, a picturesque Church, cottages and pub, village green and brook. Northolt & Greenford Country Park is a few minutes walk away.
House prices tend to be similar to those of South Harrow. Properties near to Northolt Village, in Northolt Park and North Greenford is mainly 1930s stock, although there is also a fairly large ex-local authority development known as the Racecourse Estate where well built flats and houses offer good value for money and proximity to local amenities, schools and transport.
Northolt Park (which borders South Harrow) provides a very efficient mainline train service to Marylebone and the relatively traffic free locale of Wood End which also forms part of North Greenford. Here there is a smaller and more modern ex-local authority development known as The Sportsman’s Estate which not only offers excellent value for money, but quite spacious accommodation with the added advantage that it was designed with car ownership in mind, which was absent in earlier developments.
