About the role
Very busy High Street Estate Agent established for 30 years requires full-time experienced Senior Sales Negotiator. (Please do not apply unless you have experience within Estate Agency)
The right person will be well-spoken, hardworking and hungry to sell, with knowledge of the local area.
This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm and every Saturday 9 am - 4 pm. One half day off each week or one day every other week. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be primarily carrying out viewings, managing a range of buyers, and achieving the best possible result for your clients. You must have a full UK driver’s licence. You should also have knowledge of the Harrow area.
Duties
You will be chasing warm leads, ones that have been generated by website enquiries, responding to inbound calls, and speaking with new buyers who walk into the office. You will then construct viewings that match what the buyers are looking for and close offers for your client. Finally, the Sales Negotiator will see the sale through from offer to exchange and completion.
Basic salary and personal commission. Due to our large database of properties and buyers, there is the potential of high earnings.
