Sean White, the dedicated landlord of The Queen’s Head for the past five years, has led his team to national recognition. The Pub Team of the Year award is a tribute to the staff's continual development, facilitated by regular training sessions and apprenticeship opportunities provided by Greene King’s Learning & Development Team. It's clear that the Queen’s Head values its team, investing in their growth and fostering a supportive work environment.
The Queen’s Head also made a mark in the newly introduced Sustainable Pub of the Year category, underlining the importance of environmental responsibility in the pub industry.
