MARKET APPPRAISALS
Should you wish to place your property on the market we would initially like to arrange a visit to carry out an inspection with a view to providing you with an appraisal of how much your property should go on the market for & what price you are likely to achieve. At this stage we would be delighted to discuss any improvements if any are required prior to marketing. We also talk through with you our marketing strategy & how we feel we are best placed to sell your property for you.
Wherever possible these are carried out by Company Director David Conway one of the areas only Estate Agents who is a qualified valuer & a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
PROBATE MARKET APPRAISALS & VALUATIONS
We are mindful of how difficult a time it is for those involved should the need arise for you to obtain a probate valuation of a property. We are highly experienced in this area & can promise that your enquiry will be dealt with in a respectful & considerate manner. Market appraisals are often more than adequate for probate purposes however should the need arise, for example, if requested by a solicitor or court, we are able to carry out a written valuation. There would be fee for this service which we would refund to you should you instruct us & we are successful in selling the property on your behalf.
VALUATIONS
There are times when you may require a written valuation. These are carried out by our in house qualified valuer David Conway FRICS. This may be in the case of marital disputes, portfolio assessments, loan purposes, development schemes, purchasing a property with cash, etc. As is usual there is a fee for this service, please contact us & we will be happy to provide you with a quotation according the size of the property & any other contributory factors. |
