As part of our management services we are called upon to inspect properties & advise on whether repairs or maintenance are required. We are also asked to suggest works that will improve the property to enable a more profitable sale or quicker let.

As part of the ongoing improvement to our service in 2010 we are offering this service to all even if you are not selling or letting through this company. A charge for this service will apply depending on the how much assistance you require. The Inspections will be carried out by Associate Partner Tony Seeney who has vast experience in the building industry having run his own successful building company prior to his move to Estate Agency. Tony also heads up our Land Development & New Homes Department & is equally happy to advise on any potential your property may have for development.

As an established local agent & through our management service we have forged links with an array of local tradesmen who have proved to be reliable, honest & offer a high level of service.

We are more than happy to recommend a tradesman to you for you to deal with directly.

These contacts are invaluable when we are assisting Sellers & Buyers in obtaining estimate for works recommended following survey. In most cases this service is free but please be aware a charge may be levied depending on the extent of estimating required.
